In this area, all documents required by current legislation on transparency are published, in particular by Legislative Decree of 14 March 2013, no. 33, amended by Legislative Decree of 25 May 2016, no. 97, which has reorganised the obligations of prevention of corruption, advertising, transparency and dissemination of information for public administrations and for private law companies and bodies controlled or owned by public administrations. Personal data published in this section may only be reused under the conditions laid down by current legislation on the reuse of public data (Community Directive 2003/98/EC and Legislative Decree 36/2006), in terms compatible with the purposes for which they were collected and registered, and in compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent provisions).
The section is continuously updated and progressively integrated with the data and information that become available.
